我需要用vbs脚本创建100个文件，而这100个文件，我希望能按特定的名字命名，比如说：

For i = 1 To 100
    If fso.FileExists("C:\OFD_???_90_20120424_01.txt") Then  
       fso.DeleteFile("C:\OFD_???_90_20120424_01.txt")
    end If

就是我想要以上代码中的???变成001、002、003....100，通过i来循环获得，想请教这个该怎么写？谢谢……
