如何用VBS命令判断指定文件的属性（大小）

假设有A文件，经过某些程序运行后会在A文件夹中会生成文件B，但B文件生成不稳定，大于1kb才能正常运行，请问如何用vbs命令检测B 文件的属性大小，如果它大于1kb就运行它，反之小于1kb的话就删除并退出，等高人解答，谢谢
